Motorcenter Espoonlahti
Espoo

MotorCenter Espoonlahti is designed according to the YIT retail concept that brings different automobile industry retailers under one roof.

Situated by Länsiväylä in Espoo, the building has two floors of high-ceiling hall spaces, some of which include a loft floor. The spaces on the second floor can be reached by car as the building is joined with a driving platform. The facade towards Länsiväylä’s direction has been covered with ceramic tiles and the other facades with sheet metal. During the construction phase, the following service providers were placed into the building, among others: mot testers, accident repair centres, a car painting centre, an auto repair shop, and a restaurant serving both employees of local businesses and members of the public alike.
